The annual Grammy party. It wasn't the same without my parents in attendance, but it still went off without a hitch.
She taught us that, just like Pierre, we need to CARE.
The Egbert party. We continue to miss Grandpa Egbert, but the program this year was fabulous. Jon and Uncle Alan prepared messages on Joseph Smith and the restoration of the gospel...just like Grandpa would have done if he were here. Silent Night was sung about 15 times in multiple languages, and we visited with cousins that we only see sometimes once a year. It was a special night.
3 girls and 1 boy coming this Spring.
Christmas morning. I think we were more excited than McCrae, but he soon warmed up to the idea...
We sure missed Grammy and Papa this year, but we were so glad to have modern technology to FaceTime on Christmas morning. And we were glad that Marissa and Greg were in Trinidad keeping them company. It was a whirlwind of a holiday...one that we thoroughly enjoyed, but now we had to start thinking about packing up for our move to Pennsylvania. Crazy that it came so fast. Merry Christmas!
