I love St. Patrick's Day...and I think the main reason is because my mom makes corned beef! Corned beef and cabbage...a very Irish thing to eat. And it is DE-licious!
And of course we had to have green dessert to wash it all down. Mint chocolate chip ice cream...my favorite!
