Conner has the ability to fall asleep anywhere, anytime. And it takes him about 0.6 seconds to do so. Sometimes when we're sitting on the couch, having a lovely conversation, I'll feel a little twitch coming from his direction. I glance over and see a leg twitch, then a shoulder twitch, then an arm twitch and so forth. By the time the twitching starts, he is long gone! Sometimes its kind of cute to watch...but the other night, it got ugly! We had just settled down for a long winter's nap when before I even had even closed my eyes, Conner was asleep. He was sleeping quietly as a little church mouse-twitchless. I was amazed. I closed my eyes and as soon as the sugar plums began dancing, I was whopped upside the head-blindsided by own husband. A ferocious twitch had caused his arm to flail in my direction and hit me right in the ear. I let out a great moan; Conner awoke and gave his most sincere half-asleep apologies. I held my ear in my hand, making sure nothing was misplaced, broken, or bleeding and Conner was snoring before he noticed the tears falling down my cheeks. Its a dangerous life...living with a twitcher!
