Furniture Reconstruction

I found this roll-top desk at a high school yard sale. I thought it had potential so I decided to get crafty and refinish it. It took a lot of research, many mistakes, loads of paint, and more time than I thought, but I finally finished it. I was so happy with the finished product that we decided to put it in the front room. The only problem was once it was finished, I wanted to redo something else. I have my next project waiting in the garage, but since I now have an "allowance" for my projects, I have to wait until I save up enough money to get started.

Mar that looks awesome!! And I'm not even kidding...that looks EXACTLY like the one my parents used to have. Not even joking...I think you bought their old desk. So cute. I'm way impressed. I knew exactly what it looked like but didn't imagine it to be redone so cute. You're amazing!
